Bushcraft Survival School – River Wye

Bushcraft on the River Wye is an amazing new survival course that looks at a range of subjects from water collection to shelter building and night navigation.

On the course participants will learn a range of camp craft skills including food preparation, foraging, various cooking methods and water purifying

Each participant will also have their own Canadian canoe which they will have to paddle solo along the river. All equipment is provided and a personal kit list is included with the joining instructions on booking. (See below for full course details)

Bushcraft Survival Course Content:

This is a unique bushcraft course where participants canoe down the river Wye, looking at each aspect of river survival in detail whilst putting their camp craft skills into practise. Along the way you will learn how to handle a Canadian canoe and navigate down the river Wye.

Each course looks at the four main sections of survival which are fire, food, shelter and water

What should I wear?
Comfortable outdoor clothing and suitable footwear, all other required equipment is included on your joining instructions that are sent out on booking

There are no strict restrictions however any special requirements or health concerns must be discussed at the time of booking.
